Intoxicated driver leaves liquor store, nearly hits pole

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible intoxicated person yelling at someone outside a Hartsville liquor store. The person then reportedly drove away in a silver Nissan Frontier toward nearby U-Haul trucks and nearly hit a light pole.
