Older woman in car shows signs of shallow breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was called for an older woman in a gray four-door sedan at a convenience store near East Sumner. She appeared to be sleeping with shallow breathing and had been there since overnight. No one had checked on her.
