Callers at 19959 Lancaster states that there was a black sedan that back into 1990, Lancaster. He approached and asked him what they were doing. They had two would look like assault rifles. They were not pointed to the mail. He did show him that he was armed. Nobody pointed weapons, but then they left and now they're sitting around three houses east of that location. Apparently that house... They know who it is, but he didn't know that at the time, but he wants to speak to officers. So there's a group of four, ski mask, wearing all black.
