Assault reported involving group of youths near Hall Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were sent to the area near Hall Road for a report of about a dozen youths causing a disturbance. The reporting party said he was punched in the head by one of the youths, and officers were asked to stop by and speak with him. The group reportedly left the area toward Main Street. Dispatch noted it may be related to retaliation from an earlier fight in Webster, and vehicle plate information was obtained but is withheld (number withheld).
