Reckless dirt bike riding on Baldwin Terrace

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to Baldwin Terrace in Hannacroix after a caller reported two dirt bikes being driven recklessly, nearly striking a pedestrian, and heading toward New Baltimore Road.
