Low power line sparking at Northeast 197th and Glisan

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and police responded to a low-hanging power line that was sparking near Northeast 197th Avenue and Northeast Glisan Street. Eastbound and westbound lanes of Glisan were reportedly shut down while the power company was notified and headed to the scene.
