Tire debris blocks southbound lanes on I-5

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders reported pieces of a semi-truck tire tread obstructing both southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Grenada. The debris was later cleared to the right-hand shoulder near Julian Creek or Calhoun.
