Vehicle found in ditch at Greenville city park

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch by the bridge at the city park in Greenville. The vehicle appeared to have been intentionally crashed and the suspected driver reportedly left on foot heading south on a nearby road. Deputies were advised to use caution because the person was reportedly not acting normally.
