Person with forearm laceration and low oxygen levels at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders attended to a conscious and breathing patient near Lowline Road with a forearm laceration, who was not wearing a helmet. Oxygen saturation was low and no oxygen was available on scene.
