No gas leak found at Goldsboro location

As discussed during the dispatch call, an apparent gas leak near Goldsboro was investigated and determined to be harmless. A caller reported that a dry hose was mistakenly thrown into a puddle, causing the smoke. Emergency units were advised to stand down.
