Report of sparking wire on Ash Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were sent to check a report of a sparking wire near the 200 block of Ash Street in the Bouldon area. There were no visible flames, and after contact with utility and local officials, the situation was reported to be calm and the response was cancelled.
