Officer checks report of woman on front porch

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible suspicious person report about a woman on a front porch near an apartment on Cowen Street. While in the area, an officer also reported a vehicle stop involving two men and four young children who were not wearing seat belts. There was some initial confusion between South and North Cowen, which was later corrected.
