Patient unresponsive after shock and epinephrine at beach

As discussed during the dispatch call, air medical crews coordinate a response to a possible cardiac emergency at a beachside resort area. The patient has reportedly been shocked twice, given epinephrine, remains unresponsive, and does not appear to have a pulse as the helicopter approaches.
