Tree branch causing sparking power line

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Fort Custer Drive in Galesburg for a possible utility hazard involving a power line in the air sparking near Pine Hill and Miller Drive. Responders later reported a tree branch was pushing the line against another line, access for the utility company was behind a nearby house, and there was no apparent hazard at that time after utilities were notified.
