Neighbor reportedly harasses woman on lawnmower

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a harassment complaint near Lincoln Street and State Street. A woman reported ongoing problems with a neighbor who allegedly tried to run her off the roadway while she was on a lawnmower and shouted obscenities at her. She is now back at her residence and awaiting contact from deputies.
