Man mumbling incoherently calls 911 repeatedly

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a location near Elliott and E Avenue in Gabbs for a possible medical emergency involving a man repeatedly calling 911 and mumbling incoherently. Two male voices were reportedly heard in the background near a trailer on the eastern side of a lot.
