Pedestrian throwing objects into highway traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible pedestrian on the shoulder of southbound Highway 41 near the Highway 99 transition in Fresno, reportedly wearing a white shirt and black pants and throwing objects into traffic lanes.
