Older man struggling to breathe at gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders are assisting an older man having breathing difficulty near Shell gas station on Southwest Avenue, located behind Applebee's. The man reportedly ran out of inhaler medication and did not want EMS initially called. Fire and EMS units are on scene.
