Person found unresponsive at home after an hour

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched to a home near Robin Lane and Christanna Highway for a possible deceased person after a caller reported being unable to wake a cousin for about an hour and declined to perform CPR. Deputies and medical responders were sent to check the back room of the residence, which reportedly had no power.
