Crash with injury on Plank Road near Super Rico

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a reported auto accident with injury near a business on Plank Road in Fredericksburg. A teenager at the scene reportedly had a burn to the right hand. Responders later indicated there was no patient requiring EMS transport.
