Skid steer removed from trailer near Homestead and Vanta

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near Madison Street and Vanta involving a trailer. A skid steer was reportedly taken off the trailer and left near Homestead and Vanta by a nearby residence. Two people were detained after a K9 gave a positive indication during the stop.
