Traffic stop for expired registration in Fowler

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Chevy pickup near Fowler Avenue and Fresno Street in Fowler. The California license plate was checked and came back clear, but the vehicle reportedly had expired registration.
