Man urges woman to leave with him at historic fort

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a man in a gray pickup truck approaching a woman at the historic fort property, asking her to shake his hand and go with him to karaoke. Rangers reportedly followed the woman out of the area, and the man left shortly after the contact. The reporting party later met responders along Highway 26 on the east side of Fort Laramie. The man was described as an older male with gray hair and a black cap, and there was mention of a possible mental health history.
