Person reportedly tried to enter vehicle near R Line Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers discussed a report of a suspicious person near a red house on the north side of the street in the R Line area. The person reportedly may have tried to get into a vehicle near an address around 2500 block of R Line and an intersection with 30th.
