Woman disoriented in car on State Hwy 95 South

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to a report of a disoriented female in a black Kia on the 4100 block of State Highway 95 South near Flatonia. The call was made by a third party. Medic Five District Three was dispatched and searched the area toward Yoakum for the vehicle.
