Intoxicated person bleeding after refused service at venue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and medics responded near a bar on Griffin Avenue for a welfare check on an intoxicated person who had been refused service and was later found in the parking area repeatedly falling and bleeding from the mouth and nose. A second, apparently unrelated contact involved an older man, and fire and medical units were notified and sent to the scene.
