Smoke near College Street found to be controlled burn

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units checked reports of smoke near a bridge by College Street in Emlenton and determined it was a controlled burn. Interstate 80 westbound was reportedly shut down in the area, and fire units and fire police were requested to help with traffic control near exits 45 and 42 due to diverted traffic.
