Man suffers heat exhaustion and altered consciousness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency services responded to a reported case of heat exhaustion involving a 43-year-old male near Forest Keyland Lane in Elsberry. The patient was conscious and breathing but experienced intermittent loss of consciousness. Ice was applied to his wrist and neck.
