Crash on East US 290 with no reported injuries

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and rescue units responded to a reported traffic crash near the 1200 block of East US 290 in Elgin, Texas. Crews later reported that there appeared to be no injuries and a medic unit was canceled. Radio traffic also briefly referenced a separate possible medical breathing problem on Young Schoolhouse Road.
