Semi truck in ditch after tire blowout on I-40

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a possible jackknifed semi truck in a ditch near Manning Road and eastbound I‑40 outside El Reno. A trooper checked on the driver, who reported a tire blowout, and there was no apparent property damage while the driver waited for a wrecker.
