Odor of sulfur reported near Avocado Avenue and East Street, El Cajon CA

There is evidently some sort of sewage leak that has been being SMELLED by residents for about a week! It gets stronger in the evenings BECAUSE that's when residents are typically at home, creating the more intense odor by using the bathrooms in their homes. This will most likely continue until the media is involved, which will require the city to answer questions as to where the leak is? The EPA will probably get involved IF raw sewage is discharging into a storm drain, which, of course, discharges into the ocean eventually. We'll know what it is sooner than later if it continues....
