As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a parking lot near 8 Mile and Gratiot after a passerby reported a man with an afro wearing a dark multicolored shirt and black pants who was allegedly chasing women and holding an unknown object. The man reportedly approached the caller’s vehicle and nearly grabbed the door handle.
