Shoplifting suspect detained at Walmart parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible shoplifting at a Walmart on Basil Road in East Syracuse. Store security reported a woman leaving with a cart and stroller and provided a vehicle description and license plate. Officers located and stopped the suspected vehicle in the parking area.
