Suspicious car parked at children’s playground

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a report of a dark sedan, possibly an older Saturn, parked in a children’s playground near Elwood Road and Hammond Road. A male was reportedly driving the car in the complex before parking, and a complainant was watching the situation on camera.
