Teen female with suicidal thoughts in East Berlin park

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to East Berlin Park for a possible psychiatric emergency involving a minor female in a maroon Honda in the parking lot, who reportedly expressed suicidal thoughts and a desire to harm herself but not others.
