Animal welfare check and health concerns at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of possible animal cruelty at a rural property on FM 225 South near Douglass. They checked on several dogs and also on a resident who reportedly has serious medical conditions, including dementia and epilepsy. A family member was contacted by phone for additional information.
