Elderly woman falls, suffers shoulder injury with protruding bone

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible traumatic injury to an elderly woman occurred near Arwood Road and Scalac Street. She fell and appears to have a shoulder injury with possible dislocation and a protruding bone.
