Car hits deer on State Highway 23, no injuries

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a car reportedly hit a deer on State Highway 23 near Davenport Center. The deer was deceased in the roadway, the vehicle was off the road and appeared drivable, and no injuries were reported.
