Traffic stop turns into SUV pursuit near fast food

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers on the east side of town conduct a traffic stop on a white Mitsubishi SUV with an apparently expired registration near fast-food restaurants, and the driver reportedly takes off through nearby alleys.
