Police pursuit and search near Westminster and Flower

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and CHP were involved in a high‑speed pursuit in the area of Flower Street and Westminster Avenue in Costa Mesa. Several people reportedly fled from a vehicle, and units worked to contain suspects hiding in bushes and near a fenced complex. Additional units and K‑9 teams were requested to search the surrounding streets and parking areas.
