Shooting victim self-transports to hospital after being shot

As discussed during the dispatch call, a be-on-the-lookout notice was requested after a person was reportedly shot in the leg in the parking lot near the Woodson Bridge boat launch. The suspect vehicle was described as an unknown-color Dodge Charger. The victim was reportedly driving themself to “St. E’s” and planned to stop near I-5 and Kyle Road for medical aid.
