Trespasser on bicycle at Corning construction site

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible trespasser on a bicycle at a construction site near South Avenue by Kirkwood Road and Columbia Avenue. The reporting party was watching the property on video and said no one should be there. Due to ongoing hazardous materials conditions at the location, units chose not to respond and the site was marked for extra patrol.
