Vehicle repeatedly driving by home with search lights

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious vehicle repeatedly driving past a residence near Cornrow Lane in Combined Locks with search lights on both the driver and passenger sides. Units were asked how they wished to handle the complaint because no patrol car was immediately available.
