94-year-old woman with breathing trouble at South Estuary St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a critical medical call for an elderly woman having trouble breathing at a residence off South Estuary Street near Franklin and Bay. Police were also sent because of a reportedly disorderly male family member at the scene. Other units were dispatched to separate fire and medical calls, including a structure fire on Lamont Circle and a call on Vermont Circle.
