Uncooperative pedestrian on I-10 at Pepper Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of an uncooperative pedestrian near the eastbound freeway at the Pepper Avenue overcrossing. Multiple units were requested to help manage traffic and hold nearby ramps while the situation was checked and later reported secure.
