Fight and reckless driving near Kingwood Place

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of subjects fighting and driving recklessly near Northeast Kingwood Place and C Street. Officers responded as two involved vehicles, a white van and a brown sedan, were reportedly last seen heading south on College Avenue.
