Man exposing himself at Clarkson Oak Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to an apartment complex on Northern Avenue in Clarkston for a reported sex offense. A homeless man was allegedly exposing himself to women and children while sitting on a bench near the apartments. The complainant was reported to be a child caller.
