Younger man found sleeping in car at recycling center entrance

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible welfare check near Gentile's Recycling at Milford Street. A younger male was found sleeping inside a dark green sedan parked in a grassy area near the entrance. The individual appears to be white with blonde hair and wearing long sleeves.
