Female with self-harm thoughts reported near Hudson Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a possible mental health crisis during a welfare check for a distressed woman at a residence near Hudson Avenue. The reporting party, calling from out of state, expressed concern after the woman sent messages about wanting to harm herself and then stopped answering her phone. Officers are provided a vehicle description and a code to access the garage.
