Go on a flashlight. I have a possible OUIL. A black Poltwagon was behind a caller on 23, then swerving all around. She said that they turned on to Spooner Street off of West Lincoln Avenue about five minutes ago. She thinks they might live down there. This is 1201 from 1203. Yeah, we'll check it out. Central came by a cell phone 178. 104th. The plate on the vehicle is in the notes as well. Go on.
